As co-founder and managing broker of INSPYRE Real Estate Group, Amy Russ is active in all facets of the company including property marketing, client service, contract management, community marketing and brokerage compliance. Prior to launching INSPYRE R.E.G. in 2007, Amy served as a broker associate for Boulder County's local Sotheby's International Realty office where she participated in dozens of multi-million-dollar transactions including residential homes & estates, equestrian properties and vacant land parcels. As a Northern Colorado native, Amy enjoys sharing her love of Colorado's Front Range with her real estate clients and is proud of the many lasting relationships she has formed with past sellers and buyers. Amy earned her Bachelor's degree in Journalism from University of Colorado-Boulder and her Master's degree in Technical Communication from Colorado State University in her home town of Fort Collins. She has a strong background in marketing, public relations and copywriting, all skills that have greatly contributed to her success in the real estate sales industry. Amy and her husband, Steve, have a 3-year-old daughter and a Jack Russell Terrier.

Jessica Rodriguez, Contracts Manager/Co-Founder

Jessica Rodriguez has a diverse background in the technical side of real estate sales. She began her real estate career during college as an administrative assistant to a top-producing team in Loveland, Colorado, and has since evolved into a skilled contractual manager and Colorado real estate licensee. For the past 5 years Jessica has primarily focused on luxury residential and vacant land sales in and around Boulder County having faciliated closings for roughly $75 million in real estate transactions. She has an intimate knowledge of the deadlines and legalities involved in a real estate transaction. Jessica ensures no deadline is missed when overseeing a transaction from the point of contract to closing. Among her strengths are contract negotiation and serving as a knowledgable liaison between buyers or sellers and the many vendors involved in a real estate closing: title companies, lenders, appraisers, inspectors, real estate agents, attorneys, tax advisors and other. Jessica was born and raised in Boulder County and now resides in Longmont with her husband, Mike, and their 3-year-old son.
